摘要
针对大庆油田高含水原油,将破乳剂GP与组分C复配,实施结果表明:复配后破乳剂的脱水速率比单一使用破乳剂GP或组分C有很大的提高,对于不同含水率的原油,在最佳复配比例下,脱水时间为30~60min时,脱水率大于97%,原油含水率越高,脱水速度越快,脱水率越高;使用复配破乳剂后,破乳温度从55℃降为40℃,节约了运行成本;外输原油平均含水在0.20%左右,达到国家原油外输标准。
We have compared high water content crude oil of Daqing Oilfield with the demulsifier GP or C. the optimized demulsifier of GP and C can improve the dewatering speed in room experiments. Using the crude oil of different water content ratio, the dewatering time is between 30min and 60min and the dewatering ratio is above 97%. The higher of water content , the higher the dewatering speed and the higher the dewatering ratio. Using the optimized demulsifier, the demulsified temperature decreases from 55 ℃ to 40℃. It can save production cost. The dewatering ratio of optimized demulsifier is high and water content ratio of export crude oil is about 0. 20%, meeting the export standard.
