摘要
我院自1986～1990年使用Nd:YAG激光器以高低不同能量折青光眼性虹膜切除术1184例,其中以原发性闭角青光眼为主,少数为继发性闭角青光眼。本文随机抽样高能量组130只眼低能量组125只眼进行总结,旨在对激光高低不同能量的效果及并发症进行对比观察。
Nd:YAG Laser peripheral iridotomy for primary angle—closure glaucoma wastreated in 130 eyes by high energy and in 125 eyes by low energy and success rates of allthe two groups were 100%.However,complications were lower in the low energy groupthan that in the high energy group。
