摘要
目的:为桡尺远侧关节脱位修复提供术式设计的解剖学依据。方法:30侧成人上肢标本,对桡侧腕屈肌腱进行形态学测量。结果:桡侧腕屈肌腱性部分长14.3±1.1cm,肌腱上、中、下段宽分别为9.1±1.4mm,5.5±0.9mm和4.2±0.4mm,肌腱上、中、下段厚分别为2.4±0.6mm、2.2±0.4mm和2.6±0.5mm。结论:桡侧腕屈肌腱部分转位有足够的长度和强度,修复桡尺远侧关节脱位的术式设计具有可行性,是一种新的手术方法,临床应用9例,获得良好效果。
Objective: To provide anatomical basis for the operation of repairing dislocation of distal radioulnar joint. Methods: The configuration of tendon of radial flexor muscle of wrist was measured on 30 sides of adult cadavers. Rresults:The length of part of tendon of radial flexor muscle of wrist is 14.3 ± 1.1cm. The width of tendon is 9.1 ± 1.4cm,5. 5 ±0.9cm and 4. 2±0.4cm at upside,middle and underside. The thickness of tendon is 2. 4 ± 0. 6cm,2. 2 ± 0. 4cm and 2. 6 ± 0. 5cm at upside, middle and underside respectively. Conclusion: The tendon of radial flexor muscle of wrist has enough length and intensity for the repairing of dislocation of distal radioulnar joint it is a new method. Satisfactory results have been achieved in 9 cases.
