摘要
目的 探讨标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗合并脑疝形成的外伤性颅内血肿的疗效。方法 治疗32例病人,采用大骨瓣开颅术切口,清除血肿、止血后去除骨瓣,减张缝合硬脑膜。结果 本组病人治愈19例,中残3例,重残1例,植物状态1例,死亡8例,死亡率为25％。结论 标准大骨瓣开颅术是治疗合并脑疝形成的外伤性颅内血肿的较好方法,可减少死亡率,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To probe into the curative effect of standard large trauma craniotomy for treating traumatic intracranial hematomas accompanied by hernia cerebri. Methods A cut was made through standard large trauma craniotomy for removing the bone flaps after cleaning up hematomas and arresting bleeding, and then relaxation suture was applied to the cerebral dura mater. Results Healing: 19 cases; moderate disability:3 cases; severe disability:1 case; vegetative state: lease; death: 8cases. The mortality rate was 25 %. Conclusion Standard large trauma craniotomy is a preferable means of treating traumatic intracranial hematomas accompanied by hernia cerebri, which can help to lower mortality rate and to improve patients' living quality.
