摘要
针对混凝土泵车臂架机构在工作时剧烈振动的问题,利用ADAMS软件建立了动力学仿真虚拟样机,进行了动力学分析仿真计算。验证了混凝土泵车臂架机构在油缸冲击载荷作用下,确实发生较大振动,并提出了相应的改进方案。
Aiming at the vibration of beam mechanism of cement conveying pump in using,the virtual vehicle for the dynamic simulation is set up using ADAMS,and the dynamic analysis and simulation are calculated.The vibration problems from the oil impaction are verified.Some relevant improving schemes are presented.
