摘要
在 CTMAB存在下 ,p H为 4 .5的乙酸 -乙酸钠缓冲介质中 ,铜 ( )与 HBPCF形成 1∶ 3稳定的蓝色配合物 ,波长λmax=6 40 nm,ε640 =3.5× 10 4L· mol-1· cm-1。铜浓度在 0— 2 8μg/ 2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,可直接用于茶叶和人发中微量铜的光度法测定 。
In an HAc-NaAc medium of pH 4.5 in the presence of CTMAB,1,5-bi(2-hydroxy-5-bromophenyl)-3-cyanoformazane(HBPCF) reacts with copper and forms a stable blue complex(mole ratio 1∶3) with maximum absorption wavelength of 640nm and a molar absorptivity of 3.5×10 4L·mol -1·cm -1.Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-28μg/25mL for copper.The method was applied to the determination of copper in tea and human hair with satisfactory results.
