摘要
目的了解急诊科护士抑郁状况与工作压力源相关性因素,为管理者进行护士行为心理管理提供理论依据。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及护士职业压力调查表,对64名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果急诊科护士SDS、SAS评分分别为(47.3±14.0)和(42.3±12.2)分,明显高于正常人群(P<0.01);SDS≥50分者24人(37.5%),SAS≥50分者14人(21.9%);压力源单因素分析,高风险职业的压力,担心工作导致医疗、护理纠纷,经常倒班,护理工作的社会地位太低,工作环境差,工作量大等是导致急诊科护士产生抑郁症状的主要相关因素,其中尤以“经常倒班”影响最大。结论急诊科护士心理健康水平较低,与急诊科特殊的工作性质和工作环境密切相关,应引起管理者重视。
Objective To explore the depression status of nurses in the Emergency Department and the concernedcauses, thus bringing out the theoretical basis for the psychological management of nurse's behavior. Methods Theself-evaluation questionnaires were performed among 64 nurses in the Emergency Departments. Results The SDSand SAS scores and positive depression rates of nurses in the Emergency Department were obviously higher thanthose of normal persons (P<0.01). The single factor analysis revealed the main causes for the depression of nur-ses in the Emergency Department were high risk career, the worry of medial dissension, irregular working time,lower social status, bad working environment, overloaded work, and so on. Conclusion The lower mental healthlevel of nurses in the Emergency Department is concerned with the working environment.
