摘要
采用实际操作数据,建立了油品分馏塔产品分离精确度的预测数学模型。该模型方程式形式简单,在预测计算中不用进行复杂的迭代计算和分馏塔的严格模拟计算,计算速度快。对于新算例,用比较少的原始数据(最少几组数据),就可以回归出模型参数。对常压蒸馏塔,模型回归的算术平均误差只有3.6℃,对催化裂化主分馏塔,模型回归的算术平均误差只有3.4℃。因此该模型能够较好地适用于常压蒸馏塔、催化裂化主分馏塔产品分离精确度的计算和预测,也可适用于减压蒸馏塔、焦化主分馏塔、常减压蒸馏塔等其它类型的油品分馏塔塔顶产品ASTM数据的预测。
A mathematical modei for predicting product separation accuracy of oil distillation column was established based on operating data in production. The modei equations were simple, only 2 parameters and 7 coefficients were used. The complex iterations and the rigorous simulations of the column were not adopted, so the calculation was rapid. A small number of the original data were used to calculate the equation coefficient for new case. For calculations of FCC main fractionator and atmospheric distillation column, the regressive average errors were 3. 6℃and 3. 4℃ respectively. The model was not only suitable for above 2 columns, but also could be adaptable to vacuum distillation column, oker main fractionator and other oil fractionators for predicting the ASTM data of the column tops.
