摘要
家族制是一种典型的企业形式。从当前中国家族企业的现实发展来看,企业发展到一定的程度后面临着一系列的用人问题,主要表现为“用人唯亲”,这阻碍了企业的发展。有必要分析这种用人问题背后的历史、文化、心理及社会根源,从而制定出解决问题的对策。
Family enterprise is a typical firm form. From the development of Chinese family enterprises, we can see that many enterprises face a series of problems about choosing persons after a phrase of success development, which are caused by employing people by extraction. It blocks their further development. This paper analyzes the historical, cultural, psychological and social roots, then puts forward some countermeasures.
