Along with the increasing popularity of Internet, electronic Commerce has been developed rapidly into a market with great potential. However, electronic Commerce's development also brings about a lot of unfathomable problems such as the problem of law status of electronic letter, the problem of Legal effect of electronic agreement, the problem of safeguard of knowledge property right.
