黄芪对自发性高血压大鼠的降压作用 被引量:18

摘要 目的 观察黄芪对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压的影响。方法 19只SHR随机分为4组,给药组分高、中、低3个剂量组,各5只,分别一次性腹腔注射给予1.8g、2.4 g及3.6 g的黄芪注射液,对照组4只,给予生理盐水,用尾动脉容积法测定SHR血压,观察黄芪对SHR血压的急性效应。再继续每组分别每天1次腹腔给予上述剂量的黄芪或生理盐水,共8周,期间用尾动脉容积法每周1次连续监测黄芪对SHR血压的慢性影响。另取16只周龄、性别、体重等和SHR匹配的WKY大鼠作对照,分组、给药与处理方法均同SHR。结果 1、SHR与WKY腹腔注射不同剂量的黄芪后在观察的各时间点(5 min、15 min、30 min、60 min、120 min)并不引起血压的急性变化。2、长期腹腔注射黄芪的SHR血压逐渐低于对照组SHR的血压(P<0.05,P<0.01),SHR大鼠血压不再升高,反而下降(P>0.05),未给药的对照组SHR血压自第3周开始继续升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);对WKY没有类似作用。结论 黄芪急性腹腔给药不影响SHR血压,但长期腹腔给药可以控制SHR血压的升高。 Objective To observe the effect of Radix Astragali(RA) on blood pressure(BP) in spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR). Methods Nineteen SHR were randomized into four groups. The RA groups were injected intraperitoneally with RA at dosages of 1.8 g, 2.4 g and 3.6 g respectively and the control group was given with 0. 9 mL normal saline. The acute change of BP in rats after the first administration were observed by tail artery plethysmography. The chronic changes of BP during the 8-week treatment (qd) were observed once per week. Sixteen WKY rats were matched with SHR for control. Results (1) No acute changes of BP in SHR and WKY rats were found at various observing time point (5min, 15min, 30min, 60rain, 120min) after first administration. (2) For SHR, BP in RA groups after long-term administration was decreased gradually (P>0.05) and was lower than that in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). BP in control group began to increase in the third week during treatment. However, RA had no such effects on WKY rats. Conclusion Rapid intraperitoneal administration of RA has no effect on BP while long-term administration of RA can control the decrease of BP in SHR.
