摘要
论文以北京地区三大图书馆系统的九所图书馆为例,调查分析网络参考咨询服务的现状,并提出一些发展思考。
Taking nine libraries which separately belong to three library systems in Beijing area as examples, this paper diagnoses the current situation of online reference service, and brings forward some considerations about its development.
