摘要
微硅粉是国内外高新技术领域中具有广阔应用前景的优良材料。针对于海洋环境,防止钢筋锈蚀引起混凝土结构受最早破坏的严重因素,介绍提高混凝土的抗渗性能力的必要性和微硅粉的掺配剂量及施工中应注意的问题,提出混凝土掺入适量微硅粉的抗渗性能和抗盐性能,不仅减少水泥用量,同时提高砼的强度、抗裂性能和抗渗性能,为实现结构的耐久性及延长混凝土的使用寿命具有十分重要的意义。
Silicon micro-powder is a favorable material in the field of high and new technology home and abroad with wide application prospect. In light of maritime environment and avoiding serious factors of concrete structural damage caused by the rust and corrosion of steel rib, this paper introduces the necessity of enhancing the impermeability of concrete, mixing dosage of silicon micro-powder and issues to be noticed in construction. It presents that the impermeability and salt corrosion resistance of concrete mixed with reasonable amount of silicon micro-powder can not only reduce the concrete, but also enhance the stiffness, crack resistance and impermeability of concrete, having significance in realizing the structural endurance and extending the working life of concrete.
