摘要
公共危机是对社会共同利益和安全产生严重威胁的一种危险境况和紧张状态,是当今世界所共同面临的问题。政府公共关系与公共危机管理的互补性、互动性,有助于提高政府危机管理的能力,加强国际合作,改进工作作风和树立良好的政府形象。
Public crisis is a serious threat to the public benefit of society and to the security of production. It is a common problem which people of the world are confronted with today. Governmental public relations possess significance, functions and characteristics, and they play an important role in public crises. This enables the government to effectively control public crises, to step up international cooperation, to improve its work style, and to establish its own good image.
