摘要
为了使 4 0 0 m2 烧结机生产水平尽快达到一个新的台阶 ,邯钢就优化 4 0 0 m2 烧结机工艺参数进行了实验室研究。分别对 4种碱度的烧结矿进行混合料配煤、混合料水分、抽风负压和点火温度的试验研究 ,通过对试验烧结矿的各项技术指标、冶金性能等分析确定了各种烧结矿最佳生产工艺参数。并将研究结果应用于生产实践 ,在生产中获得了生产率提高 ,能耗降低的效果。
The process parameter of 400 m 2 sinter machine was optimized at Handan Steel. Four kinds of sinters with different basicity were tested at different fuel rate, water content of mixed materials, draught vacuity and ignition temperature. Based on the analysis of technico economical indexes and metallurgical properties of different sinters, the optimized process parameters were determined. The test results has been adopted in sinter production and higher sinter output and lower consumption have been obtained.
