摘要
用γ射线透射法对新疆克拉玛依油田φ74mm输油管道油垢的检测进行了标定实验研究,测量了该管道的油垢厚度响应曲线,其结果表示为1n(N_0/N)=0.00392d-0.00677,并研究了保温层对测量结果的影响。实验装置由^(137)Cs γ放射源和NaI(Tl)闪烁探测器组成。测量结果表明:油垢厚度响应曲线是灵敏的,保温层对测量结果影响不大。
An experimental study on the detection of grease stain in 074 mm petroleum pipelines in Karamay Oil-field of Xinjiang was carried out by y ray transmission method. The response curve of grease stain thickness in the pipeline was measured to be In(N0 / N) = 0.00392d - 0.00677. We have also investigated the effect of thermal insulating layer. The experimental setup consists of a 137Cs γ radioactive source and a NaI (Tl) scintillation detector. Experimental results indicate that the thickness response of grease stain is sensitive and the thermal insulating layer has no too much effect on the obtained results.
