摘要
根据广州市城市桥梁的运营现状和管理上的需求 ,提出了基于Internet和GIS平台的广州市城市桥梁管理信息系统研究与开发的总体思路 ,介绍了系统的需求分析和各子系统的功能设计 ,并对桥梁数据库的建立、桥梁技术状态评定与排序、桥梁维修费用分析 ,以及桥梁安全性评价、桥梁承载能力评定、桥梁状态预测、桥梁维护决策等主要功能模块进行了介绍 .
According to the current operation situation and managerial demand of the metropolis bridge in Guang- zhou, first,an overall train of thought for the study and development of the metropolis bridge management information system in Guangzhou is advanced,based on Internet and GIS platform. Then a systematic demand analysis and the function design of every subsystem are recommended. And the main function module is introduced,including setting-up of the bridge database,the evaluation and the order of the technological state of the bridge,bridge maintenance cost analysis,and bridge security appraisal,bridge bearing capacity evaluation,bridge state prediction,bridge maintain decision,etc.
