摘要
试验了氯化铵、海绵钛复合催渗剂对 3Cr2W 8V钢气体氮碳共渗的影响 ,并探讨了其作用机理。试验结果表明 ,此复合催渗剂可显著缩短 3Cr2W 8V钢气体氮碳共渗的时间 ,提高渗层厚度和硬度 ,能得到质量良好的渗层。
Effect of the NH_4Cl and sponge-like Ti compound catalyst on nitrocarburizing of 3Cr2W8V steel was investigated,and its acting mechanism was discussed.The results show that the compound catalyst can reduce the nitrocarburizing processes,increase the depth of nitrided layer and enhance the surface hardness.Application of this compound catalyst in nitrocarburizing can improve the quality of nitrided layer remarkably.
