摘要
文章在明确高校人力资源成本与价值管理的相关概念的基础上,分析了高校人力资源成本与价值管理的现状与形成原因,并提出了进行高校人力资源成本与价值管理的基本对策与建议。
This paper definitudes the correlative concepts of Human Resource Cost and Human Resource Value, and analyzes the actualities and the cause of formation in college and brings forward more essential countermeasures and suggestion.
