摘要 分别进行了PBO纤维缠绕成型的单向复合材料力学性能试验和150mm压力容器试验,与Kevlar-49和F-12纤维的单向复合材料力学性能及150mm压力容器性能进行了对比,初步的应用研究结果表明,缠绕成型的PBO/环氧150mm压力容器的容器特性系数PV/W和纤维强度转化率都达到最高,其值分别达到了60km和90%,但其容器的环向变形较F-12纤维复合材料容器的大。 The unidirectional composites and the Φ150 mm pressure vessels were fabricated with poly (p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fiber as well as Kevlar-49 and F-12 fiber by filament winding. The mechanical properties of the composites and the vessels were investigated. The results show that the performance of Φ150 mm PBO/epoxy vessel is the best. The maximum vessel performance factor (PV/W) of the pressure vessel made with PBO fiber is 60 km and the ratio of delivered fiber strength is 90%. Although hoop deformation of PBO/epoxy vessel cylindrical section is bigger than that of F-12 fiber wound vessel, PBO fiber is well suited for special vessel application.
