摘要
个人教育知识是一个与公共教育知识相对的概念。教师个人教育知识可以从不同的维度理解为实践知识与理论知识、隐性知识与显性知识、陈述性知识与程序性知识等。这种知识具有实践性、个体性、情境性、缄默性、整合性、双重性等特征。
Personal educational knowledge is opposite to public educational knowledge. From different angles, personal educational knowledge of teachers can be interpreted as practical and theoretical knowledge, recessive and dominant knowledge, declarative and procedural knowledge, etc. and it has the characteristics of being practical, individual, contextual, reticent, integrative and dualistic.
