摘要
结合作者在国外留学进修的亲身经历 ,借鉴国外高校在教学方面对人才培养的先进经验 ,分析了我国高等教育和工科大学生的实际情况。在专业课的教学改革方面 ,探索出了一套培养工科大学生创新能力的新思路。
In this paper,according to the authors' experiences o f studying abroad and engaging in advanced studies, the advanced teaching experi ence of foreign universities about training students has been used for reference . The actual situation of our higher education and engineering students is analy zed. And a new kind of method of training the engineering students' innovative a bility has been explored as far as the teaching reform of specialized courses is concerned.
