摘要
提出平顶山作为典型的矿业城市,需要经过经济结构调整和优化以实现经济的持续、快速发展;论述了发展食品工业在经济结构调整中,尤其在矿业城市经济结构调整中的战略地位和作用,并从平顶山食品工业现状分析、探索大力发展食品工业的方向和思路.
Pingdingshan,as a typical mining city,needs to adjust and improve its economic strategy so as to realize the economical sustainability and fast development.Food industry development has important strategic status and function in economic adjustment,esp.in mining cities.This article also analyzes the existing food industry in Pingdingshan and suggests how to develop it.
