对广西水利现代化发展的指导思想、基本原则、目标、战略思路、政策措施等方面进行较为系统的分析和 阐述。
Guangxi is one of water resources abundant provinces, and water resources have been a comparative superiority in Guangxi society and economy development. The author analyzed and discussed how to quicken Guangxi WR modernization building, select the development strategy and measures and use the experiences of the developed areas for reference. Guangxi WR modernization development guiding ideology, basic principle, target, strategy thinking and police measures were expounded here, too.
