摘要 目的 :研究哮喘患儿血浆中及哮喘豚鼠模型肺组织中神经激肽B (NKB)含量变化规律 ,探讨NKB与小儿哮喘发病机制的关系。方法 :酶联免疫方法测定 35例不同程度哮喘患儿血浆NKB在哮喘急性发作期及症状缓解期的含量变化 ;在豚鼠哮喘模型上对不同哮喘状态豚鼠肺组织中的NKB含量进行检测和对比分析。结果 :( 1)哮喘患儿急性发作期血浆NKB含量较其自身症状缓解期及正常对照组均明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;症状缓解期血浆NKB含量仍高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;( 2 )病情加重 ,患儿血浆NKB含量随之增高 ,与哮喘病情呈显著正相关。重度哮喘急性发作期较轻、中度哮喘急性发作期血浆NKB含量显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;重度哮喘与轻、中度哮喘缓解期比较 ,血浆NKB含量无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;( 3)哮喘豚鼠肺组织中NKB含量较正常豚鼠显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,反复诱喘豚鼠肺组织中NKB含量显著高于诱喘 1次豚鼠 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :NKB在哮喘患儿血浆及哮喘豚鼠肺组织中的含量变化规律一致 ,与哮喘病情呈显著正相关。 Objective: Our aims were to study the changes of neurokinin B (NKB) in plasma of children with bronchial asthma and lung tissues of guinea pigs with induced asthma and to investigate the relationship between NKB and asthma in children. Methods:With ELISA, we measured the contents of NKB in plasma of 35 children with bronchial asthma. The contents of NKB in lung tissues of 37 guinea pigs with induced asthma were also determined. Results:(1) The levels of NKB in plasma of children with bronchial asthma were significantly higher in the acute stage than those in remission stage and healthy controls(P<0.01). (2) A significantly positive correlation existed between the asthmatic status and levels of NKB in plasma. Levels of plasma NKB in the acute stage of severe asthma were significantly higher than those of mild asthma(P<0.05).(3)The levels of NKB in lung tissues of guinea pigs with induced asthma were significantly higher than those of healthy controls(P<0.01). The levels of NKB in guinea pigs with repeatedly induced asthma were significantly higher than those with induced asthma only for one time(P<0.01). Conclusion:The levels of plasma NKB were positively related with the asthmatic status. Plasma NKB may take part in the pathophysiologic process of asthma in children. Our study in children with bronchial asthma holds identical results with our study in guinea pigs.
