摘要
目的 :探讨冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)水平及氧化低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)水平及相关关系。方法 :选择冠心病患者 85例 ,正常对照组 32例。以全自动荧光偏振免疫分析法测定Hcy ,用ELISA方法测定ox LDL。结果 :85例冠心病患者与正常对照组血浆Hcy分别为 (14 .73± 5 .32 ) μmol/L和 (9.32± 4 .72 ) μmol/L ,差异显著(P <0 .0 1)。冠心病患者与正常对照组血ox LDL分别为 (712 .83± 2 13.92 ) μg/L和 (40 2 .13± 187.6 1) μg/L ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。冠心病患者中Hcy与ox LDL呈显著正相关 (Y =0 .76 ,X =1.9,r =0 .72 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :Hcy及Ox LDL参与冠心病的发生发展过程冠状动脉粥样硬化的形成 ,可能与冠心病的严重程度关系不大。
Objective: Our purpose was to provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD) by determining the levels of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) and oxidative low density lipoprotein (ox LDL) and their relationship. Methods: Patients (85) with CHD and 32 healthy controls were examined. The Hcy was determined with a fluorescent derivative using high performance liquid chromatography. The ox LDL was determined with ELISA method. Results: Levels of homocysteine of CHD cases and controls were (14.73±5.32) μmol/L and (9.32±4.72) μmol/L, respectively. The difference was significant (P<0.01). Levels of ox LDL of CHD cases and controls were (712.83±213.92) μg/L and (402.13±187.6) μg/L, respectively. The difference was significant (P<0.01). A significant positive correlation was found between level of homocysteine and ox LDL in CHD cases(Y=0.76,X=1.9, r=0.725,P<0.01). Conclusion: Homocystenie and ox LDL have involved in the pathogenesis of coronary arteries atherosclerosis and CHD. However, there is no relationship with the severity of CHD.
