摘要
本文介绍了稀土元素对固体渗硼的催渗作用。实验结果表明,在固体渗硼剂中加入稀土化合物有明显的催渗作用,可提高渗速20~30%和增加过渡区厚度,而硼化物层的显微硬度基本不变。
In this paper, the energizing effect of rare earth elements (RE) on pack boriding is studied. The experimental results show that the energizing effect of RE on pack boriding is remarkable, the thickness of boriding zone can be increased about 20~30%, and the transition zone becomes deeper compared with that without adding RE.
