摘要 阐述了一种以工业控制计算机和PLC为控制核心实现远程控制,以及基于RS-485总线进行数据采 集的图形控制高压设备试验台的组成及其工作原理。结果表明,该套设备使用简单、维护方便、可靠性高。 The demand of testing devices for the high voltage equipment is rapidly increasing in the high voltage electric industry. In this article, a test bed for this purpose designed with an industrial PC and a PLC (programmable logic controller) as its remote control kernel is presented. The operation of the test bed is based on RS-485 bus, capable of the acquisition of data and is graph controlled. The constitution and the working principle of the test bed are described. Results in probation indicate that the test bed is easy in use, convenient in maintainence and high in reliability.
