摘要
观察分枝杆菌多糖(MPS)制剂对健康志愿者NK细胞、T细胞及其亚群的影响作用。结果显示,MPS制剂可增强健康人NK细胞的细胞毒活性(P<0.05),表明MPS制剂具有增强人体非特异性免疫功能的作用;未见MPS制剂对T细胞功能及其亚群有明显的影响。
The effects were observed that MPS might enhance the cytotoxic activity of NK cells in the healthy volunteers. It indicated that MPS might enhance the non-specific immunity of the healthy individuals. And no effects on Tcell.
