摘要
技术联盟的伙伴选择是技术联盟组建过程中最重要的选择。本文首先对技术联盟伙伴选择过程中出现的问题作了阐述,然后提出了联盟伙伴选择的一些标准,最后文章研究了一些联盟合作伙伴选择的方法。
Selection of cooperated partnere is the most important decision to build a technology alliance. In this paper, some problems in course of selecting cooperated partnere of a technology alliance are introduced and explained. Then we put forward some standards by which cooperated partnere are selected. In the end some methods of selection of cooperated partnere are studied.
