摘要
本文设计并仿真了一种W波段矩形波导-微带线的过渡结构。过渡采用探针耦合的形式,这种结构具有结构紧凑,加工容易和插入损耗低等优点。最终的仿真结果表明:在W波段(75-110GHz)的频带内回波损耗优于20d B,插入损耗小于0.3d B。这种结构可广泛应用于毫米波微带线平面电路中。
In this paper, a W band rectangular waveguide-to-microstrip line transition using probe coupling is proposed. This structure is compact, easy to process and has low insertion loss. The simulated results show that its return loss is better than 50 d B and insertion loss less than 0.3d B. This structure can be widely used in the circuit of microstrip line in millimeter wave realm.
