摘要
提出了一种平面微带结构的宽带180o电桥。利用末端短路的交指线耦合线代替长度3λ/4的传输线拓展了电桥的带宽,其相对带宽可以达到45%。在1.7~2.7GHz内,其和差端口回波损耗均大于15dB,隔离度大于20dB。输出端口幅度为3dB±0.3dB,相位误差最大为8°。而且其整体尺寸相较之前减小了约40%。设计加工了实物并进行测试,实测结果与仿真结果相一致。
A miniaturized broadband 180o hybrid bridge with a planar microstrip structure is proposed. A short-circuited interdigital line to replace a long branch of 3λ/4 length in conventional ring hybrid couplers is introduced and a wideband performance of 45% at central frequency is obtained. The return loss of both the sum and the difference ports is greater than 15 dB from 1.7GHz to 2.7GHz, and the isolation is greater than 20 dB.The output port power dividing balance of 3dB ± 0.3dB and the maximum phase difference of 8° are obtained. Its overall size is reduced by about 40%. The proposed 180o hybrid bridge is also fabricated and measured, and the experimental results agree well with the simulated results.
