基于BIM技术的既有办公建筑节能改造多目标优化方案探究——以西南大学行署楼节能改造为例

摘要 重庆地区既有办公建筑能耗高、能效利用率低、节能改造潜力大。但改造难度大,影响因素复杂,改造后效果不确定,因此将可BIM技术引入节能改造中,以得到多目标化改造方案。本文通过简化西南大学行署楼热工模型,建立了进行节能改造的计算模型;通过对多个改造方案的热工分析,确定了最优能效方案和最优成本方案;采用多目标优化法,利用Ecotect软件(BIM软件)分析不同节能改造方案的效果,为重庆市既有建筑节能改造提供了参考。 The office buildings which have been constructed in Chongqing,always have the characters like : the building is energy-intensive,have low utilization rate of energy,as well as have huge potential to make efficiency improvement .But relate to project itself,the factor that influence on how to renewal the building prove to be complex ;what’s more,the reason such as the effect behind renewal building is uncertain and so on could lead to so difficult to renewal it .Aiming at issue we introduce the technology is called BIM into energy-saving reform,in order to get multiple-target reform project .This passage by simplifying thermo-environment model of Southwest University NO.1 administrative building,and building the calculation model that to make energy-saving reform ;and by thermo-environment analyze to multiple reform project,thus we have ensure optimal energy efficiency scheme and optimal cost scheme ;what’s more,we use optimal method of multiple target and Ecolec(tBIM,a kind of software)to analyze effect which come with different reform project,so that to provide reference for energy-saving reform of building in Chongqing.
