摘要
高校教师是高校科学研究的主体,学术研究带动技术创新,推动着社会的进步。但在研究过程中也产生了剽窃、篡改数据等学术不端行为。为净化学术环境,使科研人员的学术成果得到公平公正的评价,本文针对学术信誉度评价难、量化难的问题,提出了基于模糊评价的个人学术信誉度量化评价方法。
In scientific research,university teachers are the main,technological innovation、social progress is driven by academic research.But,there is also academic misconduct such as plagiarism, falsification of data in the course of the study.For purifying academic environment,evaluating the academic achievements fairly and impartially,the paper focus on quantitative academic reputation evaluation,propose a personal academic reputation quantitative method base on fuzzy evaluation.
