石油企业人才资源管理信息化探究

摘要 全球信息化浪潮一波波向我们袭来,致使我国企业不得不重新审视企业人才资源管理这一问题。近年来,国外已经有很多企业成功实施了人力资源管理信息系统,而且一定程度上取得了很好的效果。石油企业在国家石油安全战略中具有不可估量的作用,为了促进国内石油企业与国外同行业在技术方面取得一致,我国石油企业急需改革人才资源管理模式。培养大量工程技术型、应用型人才,实现人才信息化管理是石油企业科学发展的必经之路。本文旨在对石油企业人才信息化培养模式进行探究。 Global informationization tide wave coming toward us,cause our country enterprise have to re-ex-amine the question of enterprise human resources management.Abroad in recent years,there have been many enterprises successfully implement human resource management information system,and to some extent,has ob-tained the good effect.Oil companies in the national oil security strategy has an immeasurable role.In or-der to promote the domestic oil companies and foreign insurance agreement in terms of technology,China’s oil enterprises are in urgent need of talent resource management mode reform.Cultivate a large number of engineering applied talents,realize the talents information management is the path of the scientific devel-opment of petroleum enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to explore the training mode of informatization talents for oil.
