摘要
本文依据社会学的角色理论分析了我国导游员服务的被投诉问题。认为导游角色规范"真空"和角色规范不清是导游服务结构性问题滋生蔓延的温床;社会转型时期某些社会期望的误导,是某些导游角色扮演者产生投诉行为的催化剂;某些导游角色扮演者对角色自我认同的偏差或错误,是投诉行为产生的内在根据。
