针对当前成本-效果分析应用中存在和面临的问题,介绍国际上目前对该方法的改进之处,分析利弊,以期为研究人员和决策者提供更新、更全面的认识。
To solve the existing and faced problems in applying current cost-effectiveness analysis, it discussed the current interna-tional improvement method, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages so as to provide newer and more perfect recognization for re-searchers and decision makers.
