摘要
为了增加医疗服务供给、提高服务效率,加快形成多元化办医格局,政府不断推出相关政策,鼓励社会资本举办医疗机构。文章通过所有权、经营管理权、投资和商业风险对社会资本办医模式进行了分类研究和讨论,有利于提高对社会资本办医的认识,促进社会资本办医的发展。
In order to increase medical service supply, improve service efficiency and accelerate the formation of the diversifiedpattern establishing medical facilities, the government has introduced related policy to encourage social capital to invest on health fa-cilities.It classified social capital investment mode by ownership, managerial right, investment and business risk, which was conduciveto improve the understanding and development of social capital investment on health facilities.
