摘要
高等职业教育主要是培养生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的技术应用型人才。由于部分高职院校的教育机制、教育模式、教育手段还不适应新时期的变化,造成了学生政治课学习上的心理障碍,因此应采取各种措施帮助学生克服政治课学习心理障碍。本文从抓好入学教育,增强学习信心;开展各种活动,培养进取精神;完善激励机制,深化教学改革;整合教育力量,提高教育成效四个方面探讨了克服障碍的对策。
Higher vocational education is mainly to train the technology applying talent for production, construction, management and service for the front line, which is a high education as a college. As a result, someone thought the higher professional education should emphasize the skill’s training of students, while the cultivation of other cultural quality were overlooked. That caused the form of the psychological barrier of students’ study, the main factor of successful learning. The problem is e-laborated at length in the thesis. The thesis researches the countermeasures through four aspects, entrance education, strengthening students’ and confidence and organizing a variety of educational activities, cultivating students’ enterprise and completing all sorts of inspiring and restriction and converging educational forces, deepen educational revolution, improving educational effect.
