摘要
学术文化建设对于建设一流高职院校具有重要作用,营造学术氛围,提高教师与学生的学术素养,是高职院校在加快自身发展过程中必须重视的问题。本文结合高职院校特点,分析了高职院校学术文化建设的重要性和现状,对高职院校学术文化的建设措施进行了探讨。
Academic culture construction plays an important role in constructing first-class higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational college should pay attention to how to create an academic atmosphere and how to improve the teachers and students’ academic attainments. According to the characteristics of higher vocational college, this article analyses the importance and present situation of academic culture construction and discusses the constructing measures in higher vocational college.
