摘要
本文主要围绕数控大赛数控车床类典型试件加工,分析大赛试件中图形常见结构和数控加工工艺,并结合一FANUC 0i MATE典型试件,以职院现有数控系统为例,对其加工工艺及相关程序进行分析,综合比较各个切削循环指令在实际加工中适用场合,最后根据实例对椭圆结构宏程序的编制方法进行阐述。
This paper focuses on CNC Lathe Processing type specimen of NC Competition, analyzing the common graphics processing technology and CNC of specimens of combined with a typical specimen to take the NC——FANUC OI MATE system for example existing in our college.Its processing technology and related procedures are analyzed, and the cutting cycle instructions are compared in the actual processing of the pros and cons. According to the example, the establishment of procedures is introduced on request.
