摘要
为了回收贵州某彩钼铅矿中钼,通过XRF、XRD和粒度分析,了解矿石主要元素含量、矿物组成和钼分布规律,以NaOH为浸出剂,探索彩钼铅矿碱浸的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,该矿中主要有价元素为钼,MoO3含量为0.63%,ZnO含量为4.08%,PbO含量为1.69%;主要金属矿物有菱锌矿、彩钼铅矿,非金属矿主要为白云石和重晶石,次要为石英;-0.074 mm粒级中钼分布率高达87.9%,为典型含铅锌微细粒嵌布难选冶彩钼铅矿;浸出试验结果表明,当温度为80℃、液固比为2∶1、浸出时间为2 h、NaOH浓度为110 g/L和粒度-0.045 mm占60%时,彩钼铅矿中钼浸出率达到85.67%,且菱锌矿中锌浸出率较低,仅为7.2%,表明采用碱浸工艺能有效回收该彩钼铅矿中的钼。
Main element content,mineral constituent,and granulometric analysis of mineral were investigated by XRF,XRD,and Screen analysis.Alkaline leaching process was explored to recycle molybdenum of a Guizhou Wulfenite.The experimental results show that the valuable element of the raw ore is molybdenum,its content is 0.63%,ZnO content is 4.08%,and PbO content is 1.69%.The metallic mineral consisted mainly of smithsonite and wulfenite.The nonmetal ores were mainly dolomite and barite,the minor non-metal ores was quartz.The molybdenum distribution rate in particle granularity of-0.045mm was 87.9%.The type of molybdenum ore is the typical lead-zinc-bearing micro-grained dissemination refractory wulfenite.The leaching results show that the molybdenum extraction reached 85.67%at the temperature of 80℃,liquid-solid ratio of 2∶1,leaching time of 2h,and-0.045mm content of 60%,Zn extraction from smithsonite was as low as 7.2%.It is shown that Alkaline-leaching process for Guizhou wulfenite is feasible.
