基于智能制造的丁基胶塞脱模工艺研究

摘要 针对丁基胶塞生产中存在脱模难、易发生缺陷等问题,进行了丁基胶塞脱模工艺的研究。首先构建了丁基胶塞材料的本构方程,建立了丁基胶塞脱模力计算模型,仿真分析了硫化温度、脱模速度、摩擦系数等因素对脱模力的影响。仿真结果表明,丁基胶塞的结构是决定脱模力的关键因素,摩擦系数对脱模力的影响随时间增加逐渐降低,脱模温度越高脱模力越小,生产过程中脱模速度不要大于8 mm/s。优化工艺参数的提出为丁基胶塞智能制造工艺规划奠定了基础。 To solve the problems such as difficulty in demolding and defects,the demolding process of butyl rubber plug was studied.We constructed the constitutive equation of butyl rubber plug material,and established the calculation model of butyl rubber plug demolding force.The effects of vulcanization temperature,demolding speed,and friction coefficient on the demolding force were simulated.The simulation results showed that the structure of butyl rubber plug was the critical factor to determine demolding force,the influence of friction coefficient on demolding force decreased with time,the higher demolding temperature,the smaller demolding force,and the demolding speed during production should not exceed 8 mm/s.The proposal of optimizing the process parameters laid the foundation for the intelligent manufacturing process planning of butyl rubber plug.
