摘要
本文通过对喷油嘴针阀体中孔和座面磨削加工工艺的分析 ,对比使用两种编程方法结果 ,证实使用工件坐标系选择和宏变量能极大地提高复杂加工程序的质量和简化人工操作。
By comparing two kinds of the programming technique on the procedure of grinding the inner hole and inner cone of the injection nozzle,it showed that the application of the selected coordinates and global variables in machining program could optimize its quality and largely reduced the complexity of the manual manipulation.
