摘要
碳纤维复合材料作为一种新兴结构材料,它的优异性能提高了航天光学遥感器的结构效率及尺寸稳定性。介绍了某航天光学遥感器遮光镜筒的设计,探讨了碳纤维复合材料应用于航天光学遥感器遮光镜筒需考虑的一些问题,如线膨胀系数、连接接口以及预埋技术等,最后给出了遮光镜筒进行环境模拟试验的实验结果。结果表明,碳纤维复合材料应用于航天光学遥感器是完全可行的,并将得到进一步发展。
Carbon fiber composite material, a kind of promising structural material, has many excellent performances. These excellent performances can improve structural efficiency of the space optical remote-sensing instrument and good dimension stability. The issues considered in structure designing are stated, such as CTE (coefficient of thermal expansion), connecting method of the metal piece, fore-imbedding technology and so on. The light-shade tube made of carbon fiber composite material used in space optical remote-sensing instrument is introduced. The result shows that the tube is practicable.
