摘要
对古今 185首方剂 ,采用聚类分析的方法 ,形成 12个聚类方。根据临床实际情况 ,参考研究结果 ,结合患者体质、病因和病位 ,运用中医理论 ,对荨麻疹辨证要点及治法方药进行了分析研究 ,将荨麻疹的辨证论治分为风热相搏证、风寒外束证、肠胃湿热证、气虚卫外不固证、血虚肌肤失养证、血瘀经络阻滞证、寒湿中阻证和阳虚失煦证 。
By using the method of cluster analysis,12 cluster formulas have been formed on base of 185 formulas in ancient and modern times.According to clinical conditions,referring to the site of the disease,using the theories of traditional Chinese medicine,the researcher has analysed and studied the point of the disease's syndrome differentiation,therapies,medicine and formula.The syndrome of urticaria should been differentiated to combined attack of wind and heat,wind and cold affecting superficies,dampness and heat in the stomach and intestine,asthenic qi causing weakness of weiqi in protecting the superficies,asthenic blood causing skinny malnutrition,blood stasis causing the block of the meridians and collaterals,cold and dampness causing the blood of middle-jiao and asthenia yang causing external cold.It is necessary that we should study urticaria clinically further.
