摘要
为了进一步探讨旋毛虫Ts87基因原核表达重组蛋白的保护性免疫作用 ,本试验用此纯化重组蛋白组分加福氏完全佐剂 (FCA)皮下注射免疫NIH小鼠 3次 ,继以旋毛虫感染性幼虫 2 5 0条攻击 ,攻击后每周取血清测抗体IgG滴度 ,第 35天计数小鼠肌肉幼虫数。结果显示重组蛋白免疫鼠的肌肉幼虫减虫率为4 2 3% ,血清抗Ts87重组蛋白体IgG的几何平均倒数滴度 (GMRT)达到 80 0 0以上 ,均显著高于佐剂组和对照组。
To study the protective immunity of Ts87 recombinant protein of Trichinella spiralis ,NIH mice were immunized 3 times with Ts87 recombinant protein,and then challenged with infected larvae one week after the third immunization.Antibody IgG titer was detected before challenge and every week after challenge.Muscle larvae were counted at 5th week after challenge.The result showed that the reduction rate of larva (42\^3%) in immunized group was significantly different with FCA group. IgG GMRT induced by the Ts87 recombinant protein was significantly higher than that in FCA and control groups.It suggested that Ts87 recombinant protein of T.spiralis expressed in E.coli induced a marked immune protection in NIH mice against T. spiralis .
