摘要
为了揭示冷加工变形对IF钢内耗行为的影响,试验通过拉伸的方法,使IF钢产生不同的变形量。随后分别对其进行内耗试验,分析冷加工变形量对Snoek内耗峰和SKK内耗峰的影响。结果表明:随着冷加工变形量的增加,IF钢试样的Snoek内耗峰峰高逐渐减小,对应的峰温几乎不发生变化;而SKK内耗峰峰高逐渐增大,峰温则逐渐减小。
In order to explore the effect of cold deformation on the internal friction behavior of IF steel, tensile method was used to create different amount of deformation on IF steels, after which internal friction test was conducted and the effect of cold deformation on Snoek internal friction peak and SKK internal friction peak was analyzed. The results showed that, with the increase of deformation amount, the height of Snoek peak decreased, while the corresponding peak temperature kept almost constant; on the other hand, the height of SKK peak gradually increased, while the peak temperature decreased.
