摘要
分析了国际工程承包企业开展国际业务面临的风险,指出合理充足的现金流是工程顺利实施的重要保障。接着分析了国际工程与海陆仓业务的契合性,指出海陆仓业务可以很好地解决企业现金流紧张的问题。最后提出了国际工程承包企业开展海陆仓业务的评价指标,介绍了海陆仓业务融资额的确定方法,为国际工程承包企业合理开展海陆仓业务提供了决策依据。
This paper analyzes the risks faced by international engineering project contractors in undertaking international business,and points out that reasonable and sufficient cash flow is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the engineering projects.Then it analyzes the suitability between international engineering projects and the off-shore/in-transit inventory financing,and points out that the latter can well solve the cash flow problem of the engineering enterprises.Finally,it puts forward the evaluation indexes for the international engineering project contractors to carry out the off-shore/in-transit inventory financing business,as well as the method to determine the line of credit of the off-shore/in-transit inventory financing business.
