摘要
本文采用正交实验法系统地研究了Na0H浓度,碱处理时间及碱处理温度这三个主要因素对制备壳聚糖的影响,并以粘度和脱乙酰度为主要性能指标,提出了一套较为合理的壳聚糖制备工艺条件。
The influence of concentration of NaOH, time of NaOH treatment and temprature of NaOH treatment on the properties of chitosan has been researched by method of orthorgonal experiment. Results of the experiments show that concentration of NaOH is the most important factor of all for viscosity and degree of deacetylation of chitosan. Reasonable preparative conditions of chitosan as follows:The appreciate concentration of alkaline was found to be about 47%, time of treatment, temperature of treatment to be 8-10 hr and about 90℃, respectively.The chitosan prepared aocording to the preparative conditions described above was a white article, high viscosity, high degree of deacetylation, low ash content,especially fit for making dope of spinning.
